First, We Meet: We'll set up a time for either a phone or video chat, or whenever the shelter at home orders are over, we can choose to meet in-person at a local coffee shop. - The choice is yours!
Next, We Lock It Down: After deciding I'm a good fit, I’ll email you a contract, which can be signed and sent back.
Then, We Plan Your Event: After booking, I'll establish your Event Planning account on our website. Here you will complete our easy fill-in-the-blank worksheets and song requests.
Lastly, It’s time to Party!: Here's where I bring my magic in assembling all your planning details to a "T", making sure there's smooth flow and things get done on time. All you need to do is to be yourself and get ready for the time of your life!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Honest and square dealing is the hallmark of a reputable DJ service. We don't play games with customers. A DJ who is good at what he or she does, never has to offer discounts as their uniquely crafted services are always in demand.
How Do I Book Your Services and How Much Down Will I Need? Depending on the function, a small down payment (deposit) is required and can be done via charge cards or EBT (Electronic Bank Transaction). All event bookings are done by agreement to protect you, our customers, and guarantee that services will be provided. Among other safeguards, agreements always specify the owner DJ Jay's name at the time of booking.
